Homecoming at NAU is a spirited tradition that unites students, alumni, faculty, staff, and the local community. It’s a week to celebrate everything that makes being a Lumberjack unforgettable.

Mark your calendar! Homecoming 2025 is happening November 3–8. From the bonfire and pep rally to the alumni brunch and football game, it’s a week packed with pride, tradition, and celebration. Join us on campus and in the Flagstaff community for this special annual event.

Student government invites you to come out and enjoy rides, games, and food at the annual ASNAU Carnival! Free only to undergraduate students at the Flagstaff mountain campus with an NAU ID.

Complimentary parking is available in the San Francisco garage 7 a.m.–10 p.m. for the football game. Additional football parking is in P62. Both locations have shuttles to the Skydome for the game. To view visitor parking maps, visit University Transit Services.

A century of Homecoming tradition

NAU hosted its first Homecoming in 1924 with a football game at McMullen Field. The event grew into an annual tradition by 1925 and has continued ever since. In 2024, NAU celebrated 100 years of Homecoming pride, including longtime traditions like the Dedicatee Banquet, added in 1936.
